My teachers are dynamic, energetic, and passionate about what they do. They know all the children in school, no matter what class they belong to. This surely makes me feel the warmth and love they have for each and every student. The owners of the school are also my teachers. They are still very hands on with everything that goes around there. This gives assurance to parents that the well-being of students like me is of utmost importance to them, because they treat us like family.

Also, they have wide backgrounds on Early Childhood Education and other fields from different prestigious universities. They have undergone proper training in teaching and educating me. Furthermore, professional development is current with them by Ethoslearn, Inc. USA. My teachers are all closely guided by four sisters who founded the school and come from a family of educators. Meet Teachers Kat, Pao, Joy and Ms. Anne. They were the first ones who welcomed me to the Milestone family.
 
Teacher Kat – she is the directress of the school. She graduated with a degree in Behavioral Science in De La Salle University and finished a Master’s Degree in Family Life and Child Development from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
 
Teacher Pao – she is a SPED coordinator in school. She graduated with a degree in Family Life and Child Development from UP Diliman as well as a Master’s Degree in Special Education in De La Salle University.
 
Teacher Joy – she is a level coordinator in school. She graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and continued to study Educational Psychology in the Ateneo De Manila University.
 
Ms. Anne – she is a marketing and administrative services officer. She graduated with a degree in Communication Arts majoring in 7 communication fields from Angelicum College and a certification in Accounting and Administration from the College of St. Benilde. She is also one of the founding members of San Juan Association of Private Schools Administrators (SAPRISA) Organization, under the Department of Education.
 
I think of my teachers as models and facilitators of learning. My teachers say that I am an active learner and instead of giving me the answers to my questions, they help and assist me in discovering the answers myself. They always give me opportunities to explore the world around me. This helps me become independent and make good decisions on my own, which prepares me for the challenges that I will face in the big school.
