Individualized Approach

My teachers say that each of us have our own strengths and weaknesses. I might not learn at the same pace as my classmates so my teachers make sure they know what skills I am good at and those that I might need more help with. They get to know me more because they really set aside a one-on-one time with me in class. Sometimes, my teachers may also teach the lessons differently to my other classmates because they know that they learn best that way. I also don’t mind being given extra work in school because my teachers say this is how I can improve my abilities if I’m still having a hard time keeping up with the skills expected of my age. In some areas, my teachers also give me the extra work so I won’t forget the skills I already know even if my other classmates are still learning them. That way, I get to stay with all my friends in the classroom, but still develop my other skills ahead of everyone else.
